I updated to Windows 10 and now my device won't connect to SDS Reporter. What do I do?

  1. Go to the Windows 10 Start menu (bottom left corner)

  2. Type “Services” in the Search Bar and click the Services icon

  3. Scroll down and double click on"Windows Mobile-2003-based devices connectivity"

  4. Select the “Logon” tab on the top of the screen

  5. Select “Local System account” and click "OK"

  6. Go back to the Services list, and double click on "Windows Mobile-based devices connectivity"

  7. Select the “Logon” tab on the top of the screen

  8. Select “Local System account” and click "OK"
